Processing and Shipping Policy
When you place an order with Anessa Diane, you will be agreeing to the terms and conditions of our shipping information and safety care information.
We use a variety of carefully selected couriers including but not limited to Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide. The courier used will depend on your order. Shipping times may vary depending on order requirements, timeframes and locations.
Paper Goods
• Electronic proofs emailed within 3 business days
• Standard printing: 5-7 business days after proof approval
• Shipping time:
Domestic – 2 business days after printing
International – from 4 business days
Custom Wishing Wells
• Electronic proofs emailed within 3 business days
• Standard production: up to 3 weeks
• Shipping time:
Domestic – 2 business days after printing
International – from 4 business days
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Use of Products
Unless otherwise confirmed, all items produced by Anessa Diane are intended for indoor use only.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within approximately 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Anessa Diane is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Please note that once items leave our premises the risk passes to the client and Anessa Diane is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns
We have a strict no returns policy with any Custom Products including but not limited to Paper Goods, Wishing Wells, Signage, however not limiting the rights and obligations under UK Consumer Laws. We will not accept the return of items which are deemed to be ‘’change of mind’’.
Our items are quality checked before they are carefully packaged and sent to you. If your items arrive damaged, please refrain from using the product. We kindly ask you take images and send to info@anessadiane.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
In the event you believe your order is wrong or you have received the wrong order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the item(s).
